Adho Mukha Sukhasana

Surely you are familiar with this relaxing pose, which is also a great stretch. Sit on your mat in a cross-legged position. Make sure your knees are in line with your hips and your feet are under your knees. A straight spine is also very important here. Place your hands on the floor in front of your feet. Take a deep breath in and bend forward. Then, on the exhale, move your hands further apart, as far as you can. A straight spine is most important at all times. Extend the palms as far as possible, with the forehead touching the floor. Hold this position for three breaths, then return to the sitting position

Marjaryasana

Simply put – cat pose! Yes, yes, it sounds funny and indeed this asana resembles a cat’s back. Thanks to this position you will stretch your spine and at the same time you will provide a gentle massage to your internal organs. The cat pose will increase the strength of your spine! How to do it? Start with a supported kneeling position so that your knees are directly under your hips and your wrists, elbows and shoulders are in a straight line. The fingers of your hands should be spread wide apart. Direct your gaze to the floor. As you exhale, push your spine toward the ceiling. On an inhalation return to the neutral position

Vrksasana

It’s time for the tree pose, or Vrksasana. It is a great standing position for the beginning of the adventure with yoga. How to do it? It is not complicated. Stand straight and firm on the floor. Bend the right leg and place its heel at the base of the left thigh. Put the whole foot, with the toes down, to the thigh. Try to maintain balance while standing on one leg. Then, we stretch our hands to the sides, and the inside of our palms face the ceiling and lift our hands up. We try to join our hands vertically above the head. In this position we remain for a few seconds, not forgetting to breathe deeply
