How often do you happen not to notice that the amount of your favorite cosmetic is not enough for the next application?

Each of us at least once was surprised by the lack of a hair mask, toner or favorite massage oil during the evening rituals. Closed drugstores and stores and the inability to buy your favorite cosmetics do not have to preclude effective and relaxing care. Take a trip to the kitchen pantry and you will surely find a valuable substitute for your favorite cosmetic!

Baking soda and honey

It is ideal as an exfoliating scrub to fight against enlarged pores and excessive sebum production. Additionally, it will lighten scars and discolorations. You just need to mix the powder with a bit of water. To enrich the effect of your homemade scrub add a teaspoon of honey and massage your face with circular, gentle movements. Wash it off with lukewarm water.

Baking soda also whitens teeth and is great as a dry shampoo.

Apple cider vinegar

An unbeatable facial skin toner. It gently cleanses and stimulates cell metabolism. To find out how it works for you, make a sample by mixing 100 ml of water with 50 ml of vinegar.

Vinegar is also a great hair rinse. Wash your hair with shampoo and then use a natural vinegar treatment. Add a small amount of vinegar to your bath to remove flaky skin.

Milk

Milk has been recognized as a miracle cosmetic since before our era. The Pharaoh Cleopatra of Egypt regularly enjoyed the pleasure of bathing in the white elixir of youth. Royal bath perfectly affects the senses, relaxes and relaxes, but above all nourishes the skin and brings it velvety smooth.

You can heat the milk with a few tablespoons of honey to enrich the effect of the bath. Honey additionally firms and accelerates skin regeneration. We recommend adding a few candles around the tub, turning on your favorite playlist and enjoying Cleopatra’s beauty ritual.

Coffee

Anti-cellulite coffee scrub is one of the most popular cosmetics straight from our kitchen. Did you know that coffee is also perfect for hair care? Caffeine cares for the scalp, stimulates and activates hair roots, preventing their loss and promoting their growth.

To prepare the rinse you only need two ingredients – water and coffee. Remember that it has to be ground. Pour boiling water over the coffee as if you were preparing your favorite morning beverage. Drain the grounds and add about half a liter of water at room temperature. Use the rinse after regular shampooing.

Oatmeal

This product, in addition to many vitamins and minerals, contains saponin – a natural substance with cleansing properties. Cosmetic manufacturers have long been adding oatmeal to their products. It’s a great hint when it comes to natural skincare! Reach for the oatmeal yourself and prepare a mask to moisturize and smooth your skin.

Boil a batch of oatmeal. Let them cool and add two tablespoons of honey and optionally rose water or one teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your face and wait for 10-15 minutes.

Saponin contained in oatmeal has foaming properties, so you can safely use oatmeal for washing. Also, try an oatmeal tonic to counteract the aging process.

Unrefined coconut oil

This is definitely the number one natural body lotion. It contains vitamins, folic acid, calcium, magnesium and potassium. Unrefined oil will work best as a cosmetic. Its price may be slightly higher, but the richness of minerals and vitamins found in it is much greater than the refined version of the oil.

You can apply it directly on the entire body. Massage in circular motions and use massage-assisting accessories, such as a Chinese anti-cellulite bubble or roller.
