Marjaryasana

How to do it? Start with a supported kneeling position so that your knees are directly under your hips and your wrists, elbows and shoulders are in a straight line. The fingers of your hands should be spread wide apart. Direct your gaze to the floor. As you exhale, push your spine toward the ceiling. On an inhalation return to the neutral position

Vrksasana

It’s time for the tree pose, or Vrksasana. It is a great standing position for the beginning of the adventure with yoga. How to do it? It is not complicated. Stand straight and firm on the floor. Bend the right leg and place its heel at the base of the left thigh. Put the whole foot, with the toes down, to the thigh. Try to maintain balance while standing on one leg. Then, we stretch our hands to the sides, and the inside of our palms face the ceiling and lift our hands up. We try to join our hands vertically above the head. In this position we remain for a few seconds, not forgetting to breathe deeply
