Designing jewelry has become more and more popular in recent years, especially beaded bracelets. Creating your own jewelry has the potential to add unique touches to your outfit and you can design them to fit your style, your budget, and whatever else you like! Beaded bracelets are relatively easy to make, and all you need is some wire, beads, and maybe a clasp, if you want to make it adjustable. To get started, check out these beaded bracelet patterns and design something unique to you!
For this design, you will need:
– Beads of your choice, I recommend using 3 different types of colors for a great effect
- Some beading wire
- A round-nosed pliers and cutters
Start off by measuring the beading wire and cutting it at the desired length. With the round-nosed pliers, make a loop at the end of the wire and slip a bead onto the wire. Add another loop around the same bead. To create a flower design, alternate 3 types of beads and loop the wire in between each bead until the desired length is achieved. Secure the design with a clasp or simply knot it if desired.
For this design, you will need:
– A large-hole beading needle
- Waxed linen thread in the color of your choice
– Some beads
Start off by threading the waxed linen thread into the needle, tie a knot at the end, and pull it through until it is long enough to hang as desired. Then, start stringing the beads of your choice onto the needle, and as you thread, knot the thread between each bead and tighten. If you’d like, you can also create clusters of multiple beads at a time to create a pattern. After finishing the desired length, make sure to secure the knot and the pattern by double-wrapping the thread around the last bead. To finish, attach a clasp or a piece of elastic string to the ends.No matter which beaded bracelet pattern you choose, you’re sure to end up with a stylish and creative jewelry piece that you can wear and show off with pride! Happy designing!
